Cardiac Cycle

nursing, At the time of activity spread throughout the ventricular depolarization, ventricular contraction and increased terkanan therein. At the time of ventricular pressure exceeds the pressure inside the atrium, the mitral and tricuspid valves close and sounded as the first heart sound. Phase of ventricular contraction that took place before the open semilunar valves called isovolumetrik contraction phase.

So called because the pressure inside the ventricle increases without any blood that comes out, until the pressure exceeds ventricular pressure diadalam aortic or a.pulmonalis, at which point the open semilunar valves and blood out of the ventricles. Ejection of blood from the ventricles (especially the left ventricle)
take place very quickly at the outset so that sometimes the noise which is

final component of heart sound one. This phase is called a phase of rapid ejection

After the blood out of the ventricles, the pressure inside the ventricle will decrease, when the ventricular pressure decreases lower than aortic pressure or a.pulmonalis, the semilunar valves will close and there was the second heart sound.

During the mitral and tricuspid valves close, the blood from the pulmonary vein and vena cava remained filled two atium diatrium causing an increase in pressure. Meanwhile, the pressure in both ventricles continue to decline and become lower than atrial pressure, and mitral and tricuspid valve opens.

After the mitral valve and tricuspid valves open, blood will flow from the atria into both ventricles at first rapidly (rapid filling phase), and more and more slowly until it stops, ie, when the pressure in the atrium and ventricle of the same. Before the end of ventricular diastole (ventricular diastole begins after the closure of semilunar valves) which generate electrical activity on ECG P wave causes the atria to contract, and the remaining blood in the atrium will be entered into the ventricle. Ventricular contraction and then start again.

Valve opening was no sound but there are valve abnormalities (opening snap in mitral stenosis). Phase between mitral valve closure / tricuspid called isovolumetrik ventricular relaxation phase.
