nursing Arrhythmias In normal circumstances where the heart beats regularly, then the impulse (power source) are from the SA node so called Iram sinus rhythm (Sinus Rhythm).
Normal Sinus Rhythm criteria (ECG description) as follows:
   1. Rhythm Regular
   2. Heart frequency (HR) 60-100 times a minute.
   3. P waves: Normal, every P wave is always followed by a wave of QRS, T.
   4. PR Interval: Normal (from 0.12 to 0.20 seconds)
   5. QRS wave: Normal (0.06 to 0.12 seconds)

Rhythm that does not have the above criteria are called arrhythmias or dysrhythmias.

Arrhythmia consists of:
   1. Arrhythmia caused by a disturbance in impulse formation.
Some examples of images arrhythmia caused by disturbance of impulse formation, such as: Sinus Takhikardi, Bradikardi Sinus, Sinus Arrhythmias, Sinus Arest, Ekstrasistol Atrial, Takhikardi Supraventrikel, Atrial Flutter, Atrial fibrillation, junctional rhythms, junctional Ekstasistol, junctional Takhikardi, ventricular rhythms and ventricular Ekstrasistol
2.arrhythmia that is caused by disturbance of impulse.
Some examples of illustration arrhythmia caused by a disturbance of impulse penghantaran like: Block Sinoatrial (SA Block).
