How to manage stress ..?
Yes, we all may have experienced this one condition. many things that cause stress. but no worries in my post this time, I gave a few tips on how to manage stress.

Here are three easy steps to managing stress:
1. Plan Your Day. Enter the tasks you need to do for the day. Use the agenda
Daily or create a problem tree. There are many kinds of daily planner, Choose the one that suit your needs. This will help you see what is really important to do. And what is not important in your daily plan. This can help reduce your
stress.

2. Schedule time for yourself.
In each week take time for you. Is it all day, or several hours to take your time. Watching a movie, a walk, or leave a massage. Do whatever you want to do to relax. This will help you focus and get more things to do. You will also get more energy.

3.if you have too much to be done.
Delegating tasks to others. It's okay to get help. Ask for help from friends, family, or coworkers. Or hire someone to take some of the workload from you. This is also a little help. This is the beginning to handle stress. Take two easy steps and start using it. It is time to re-career and a better life. It's very physical body and will help you.
