Do your friends if it turns folic acid and vitamin D is beneficial for asthma and allergy sufferers, especially in children. for more details, please read more articles to complete. hopefully enriches us all.

Two new studies showed the power of nutrition to help allergy and asthma. in a study of people with level of folic acid in the blood is higher they have fewer IgE antibodies, reported fewer allergies, less wheezing and lower chance of asthma. In the study, other researchers found that levels of vitamin D in children is associated with lower allergy and asthma severity.

There is an epidemic of asthma among children, partly because of obesity and in part caused by excessive use of antibiotics. which causes the overgrowth of Candida, causes excessive production of airway inflammatory signals originating from Candida.

Certainly important nutrients and low levels of key nutrients allows this disease occurs. Magnesium has long been known less in individuals with allergies and asthma. Vitamin C and bioflavonoid, quercetin in particular, is very helpful. The researchers believe that folic acid act to help reduce inflammation.

These findings are a clear indication that folic acid can indeed help regulate immune response to allergens, and can reduce allergy and asthma symptoms, says lead researcher Elizabeth Matsui, MDMHS, child allergist at Hopkins Childrens.

Vitamin D is a new study researchers found that children with low vitamin D levels are more likely to be hospitalized for asthma in the previous year, tend to have increased airway hyperreactivity and tends to have more widely used inhaled corticosteroids, all indicate a higher severity of asthma . These children are also more likely to have some sign of allergy.

It appears that the general nutrition for nutritional deficiencies, excessive inflammatory reactions, including allergies and asthma. Parents certainly have to improve the quality of food from each child with a problem like that. .. nah for us personally? if we all have to meet our nutritional needs ,..?? hopefully is yes, although we are not people with allergies or asthma.
