Impaired Cardiac Function

Coronary Heart Disease.
Coronary Heart Disease is the imbalance between myocardial oxygen supply and demand.

This situation commonly referred to as CAD (Coronary Artery Disease), CHD (Coronary Heart Disease) or IHD (ischemic Heart Disease).

This imbalance can occur due to: 
1. Penympitan coronary artery. 
2. Decrease in blood flow / cardiac output (Cardiac Output)
3. The increase in myocardial oxygen demand 
4. Coronary artery spasm.

The most common cause is atherosclerosis.
Clinical manifestations.
- Without symptoms
-Angina pectoris
-Acute myocardial infarction
-Arrhythmias
-Suck heart
-Sudden deaths.

In general, the symptoms of carotid artery abnormalities will arise in case of 75% or more narrowing of the coronary artery lumen.

Risk factors
Risk factors are important factors that accelerate the occurrence of coronary heart disease, can be divided as follows: 
1. Facto mayor follow: the age, sex, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, Dyslipidemia, heavy smokers, and the history Family. 
2. Minor factors: Obesity, Lack of activity, Type A personality and high-alcohol diet.
